Arts & Crafts With A Heated Pool And Views In Parnassus Heights

Purchased for $3,470,000 in early 2007, the remodeled Arts & Crafts home at 212 Edgewood Avenue is back on the market for $3,795,000 in 2013 with 3,400 square feet of living space inside.

And then there's the heated pool with big Parnassus Heights views out back:

Wow. A pool with a view. And a great house to boot. Seems reasonably priced. Am I missing something?

I'm missing the 3.8+ mil necessary to buy it!

What a wonderful home and view/pool (glad its heated!) It is so refreshing to see a renovated space that has not been completely erased of any link to the past or its exterior architecture (that singularly modern LR fireplace aside)

I saw this on the tour yesterday. It only has 1 bathroom and the house feels crooked inside. But the view is spectacular and the kids bedroom in the finished out attic is very charming.

@Mystery Realtor

I guess you're saying the pictures in the listing of the 2.5 bathrooms are from a different house?
