  1. Almost makes me want to move to the Sunset. Sweet, clean, simple. And the corner location should mean great light inside.

  2. Almost all 1BA Sunset houses are $599. 2BA = $699. That’s the basic pattern, and of course there are anomalies and extra bedrooms and such, but a 2/1 for $599 is no big deal. Put it east of 19th and maybe we’re talking, but that’s not what’s up here.

  3. We learned to ignore these when we were shopping in ’09. The Sunset corner lots have no yard in back. That fringe of grass you see in front is most of the unbuilt space.

  4. annoying website, making us look so slowly.
    not a good step to irritate buyers with slow slideshow that can’t be bypassed.
    at least it has MLS site too.
    The house is charming, but location is kinda out there being in outer sunset.
    on a side note, it has a very cute back yard, fenced/walled on 3 sides. Pic #17 on the MLS site.
    it’s small but very serviceable. enough room for a table and 4 chairs and still have grass free.
    I guess you could call it a side yard, but it feels like a back yard to me.

  5. @ex SF-er did you notice how the chairs look 24″ high & 48″ wide? Without photo distortion it’s like being at the bottom of a stairwell. You’re in a 25′ long, 8′ wide, 6′ deep trench. With a table & chairs, of course.
    @wrath – best of thread!

  6. I’d want to see it in person, but it looks nice. I’d like it to be a bit closer to Judah, but it’s only 3 blocks. This kind of place would be perfect for me and the wife.

    Yeah, well the dishwasher looks like you could hide at least 2 dead bodies in it too.
