I initially thought this was an overpriced condo, but realized it was a sfh. Great neighborhood and a good value for a sfh.
Seems nice and listed at a realistic price point. Not loving the “spa” theme. How’s the immediate neighborhood? I hope it is quiet (to deliver on the “spa” promise).
It’s on a very busy street and almost directly across the street from a firehouse. Otherwise I think probably it lists at 200K+ more.
I too at first thought it was a condo. How odd that there is no exterior shot showing it to be a SFH until the 45th photo.
the street is very busy (basically major way people get from Inner Sunset to Castro area) but the nabe is fantastic. within a short walk to Cole/Carl, not to mention shops/restaurants on Irving. getting your car out of that driveway is terrible. I can’t count how many accidents happen there.
luckily, traffic really slows down after maybe 7pm or so. it’s super quiet in the night time.
overall I love the house. it is well done with a few quirks to add a little uniqueness.
Hate the kitchen triangle. not sure who thought putting stove on one wall and fridge on other wall was good idea.
lower master is a very odd layout.
but overall nice digs.
I agree with anon.ed that it would fetch far more if it was off Stanyan.

Does anyone know of painters or craftsperson who does repair work to gumwood/fruitwood finish? It is a faux painted finish. Need some repairs to scratches, dents, etc. in my 1925 house.
