I live in "The Towers" - 88 King St. List price of 2 bed/2 baths have dropped from $800k+ to $650k in the course of the last 6 months. But they are still not selling...

Jay - that one sold. It was only one unit listed at 650k. The seller already bought a different unit for a substantial discount elsewhere and just needed to unload the one at 88 King.

I believe, don't quote me on this, but it received multiple offers and is in escrow.

The rest of 88 King looks pretty healthy (not like I have a stake in this)

Still on MLS with open house on Sunday - are you sure it sold? Will find out Sunday.

Doesn't look very healthy to me. 6 units on sales...every single one with reductions...every single below their previous sales prices going back to 2003 and as far back as 12/2000.
