Board Of Supervisors Uphold Appeal Of Babylon By The Bay Approval

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors has spoken, and the appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval for 110 Embarcadero has been upheld. Next up, an Environmental Impact Report (EIR).

I am confused... I watched this on SFGov TV and I thought they voted for a continuance - to discuss this again once they have received more documents they requested.

Planning Commission is busy with Rincon Hill neighborhood projects lately ... 333 Harrison tomorrow, 430 Main /429 Beale next Thursday (which I'm fighting, see http://livable.wetpaint.com for online copies of the planning department filings on the latter)
