The Perfect Pied-A-Terre For The Entire Family (And Then Some)

1800 Gough #6

It’s been up on the broker’s website for awhile, and now it’s made it to the MLS. Full floor, five bedrooms, five baths and it’s a co-op (think $1,900/mo HOA). The killer line: “…an urban pied-a-terre perfect for weekends in the City.”

∙ Listing: 1800 Gough Street #6 (5/5) - $3,000,000 [MLS] [Byzantium]

"Pied a terre" and "three million dollars" are likely mutually exclusive terms for Donald Trump. Nice marketing. LOL.

Hmmm....on the broker's website for awhile, and only now hitting the MLS. Nah, nothing fishy about DOMs...

I wonder if this is the same unit that has been for rent for a while (see mapJack).

[Editor's Note: That's not 1800 Gough with the sign. This is 1800 Gough.]

wow is that place ugly inside. It looks like they tried so hard but none of it works. My personal fav is the rolling tool cabinets in the bedrooms.

If I were elderly and gay, this would be right up my alley.

This style of decorating (mixing somewhat contemporary with 80's style modern elements) actually reminds me strongly of the parents of my Russian Jewish friends... I still see this style all over the place in the Russian Jewish neighborhoods in New Jersey.

Unfortunately, it's hard to see the condo around the furnishings... overall it looks big but bland, but I'll bet you could really make it amazing with simple changes like paint etc...

It's amazing to me how much wealth a few people have. $3M for a pied-a-terre... my gosh. I often feel pretty well off until things like this remind me of how well off the uber-wealthy really are.

I wouldn't put my pied on this terre for three million bucks.

1800 Gough #6 has returned to the MLS, now asking $2,600,000 ($400,000 less).
