A Little Bit Of SOHO Down In SOMA (357 Tehama And #3)

It’s not often that that we come across a SOHOesque full floor brick and timber loft down in SOMA. But when we do, we can't help but point it out (along with the two car parking, Lacanche range, and thousand bottle wine closet in the kitchen).

I like- seems a bit pricey though.

Wow, what a great property. A spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit (with 2 car-parking) situated in a prime SOMA location for only $723/sq ft.? Not bad.

Nice kitchen.

It's made of brick. Won't it fall down in the next earthquake?
[Editor's Note: A thread that might be worth a read: Safe From Huffing And Puffing (But Rocking And Rolling?). And pay attention to the fact that 357 Tehama is a four unit building.]

I am pretty certain that a Golden State Warrior lives in that building.
