I went and checked out this place 2 weeks ago. Nice looking building with lots of attention for the details, but the street is not my cup of tea...

I live in the neighborhood. I love the building but basically 1.4 and the other two prices... a bit high for the location I think.

I live up the street a bit. I am not sure if I would want to live in that location but that part of the Mission is my favorite. Lots of good stuff right there

This project has many cool green features such as the living roof, rooftop PV, recycled/reclaimed materials, infill/close to all kinds of transit. Killer views from the penthouse unit, and love the smallish garage door too. Will make someone who digs the 'hood very happy.

It is astonishing that the condo at the very top is being listed at 1.4 million - in the Mission. I wonder how this makes the anti-gentrification brigade in the Mission feel ?

i checked it out and not worth the list price! only 2 bathrooms neither of them upstairs but both of them tiny. bare minimum closets, none of them walk in closets. big shear wall right in the middle open living area creates dead space in the corner. supposed "living roof" is really a small strip of shrubs that's not even on the roof. best of all, you get a fantastic view right into the courtyard and windows of the low income section 8 housing next door!
