Nice units in a great neighborhood and it looks ready for move-in...however the price is quite high for no view or amenities and the upside potential seems more limited than in the mission bay up to transbay area.

Nice finish and fair amount of space, but #201 felt a little like a bunker and doesn’t have any private outdoor space (that’s the shared courtyard in the listing pics).
