Okay, so caveats out the wazoo on this one (TIC and no idea about eviction history; pictures and most of the remarks in the listing are for the other two units in the building; most likely no parking for this particular unit; we haven't seen it; etc.). That being said, at $175,000 for 600 square feet, we felt compelled to at least bring it to your attention.
