Arterra: Floor plans, Views, And Suggested Furnishing

Arterra has added “a glimpse of the nighttime views you might see from you new home,” as well as “21 floor plan options, including furnished floor plans” and “representative day time views” to their site. Based on the suggested furnished floor plan for Sky Plan G (pdf), you had better plan on inviting two skinny dining guests (or putting that dining room table on wheels).

That's hilarious! The living room is like 5 feet wide! And that 'dining room' is not a dining room. It's more like a little nook...

There's been an article on sfgate.com about how people living next to the caltrain station "love" the hum of train engines at night.

They left out one other view........the view of the 280 offramps immediately to the left of the property. I can't believe these guys are serious.
Does anyone have any price point information? I might back off my criticism of this place if the prices were at least in line the very average quality of this development.

Justa Neighbor - could you post a link to that article?

Rincon Hill Res: did you look at the "nightime views" link? to their credit, they actually include a view to the NW which includes the offramps...
i would also like to see pricing.

You can see the Palms in that nighttime picture!
I think I can see my unit!

Justa Neighbor, I live at 255 Berry and don't even notice the trains humming through my double paned windows. I used to live two blocks from a cable car line and that bell ringing was far more annoying (even at that distance).

http://www.arterrasf.com/pdf/ will show the server directory with *all* their floor plans, for all three buildings - not just the Sky-G plan, which the direct link leads to. It's nice, because the Arterra site has gone Flash only, and since the Flash plug-in for Linux is still badly broken, I can't actually use their site.
