According to a tipster, 3208 Pierce is about six weeks away from “Hard Hat Tours,” and will consist of 4 “one bedroom homes” ranging in price from $740,000 to $1,050,000 (738 to 1,107 square feet), and 10 “two bedroom town homes” ranging in price from $999,000 to $1,299,000 (1,099 to 1,450 square feet).

Get real, it's Lombard St., and not considered a highway.
These units will go fast. Don't be jealous of prime properties.

It's designated 101, even if it's just lowly Lombard Street. I'm with tipster...it's not the most pleasant street in the city, by a long shot. There's a reason that Chestnut is nice, Union is nice, but Lombard is full of cheap hotels and fast food. It's an auto sewer.

Meanwhile, 3747 Fillmore, top floor, redone, on a much more quiet street near the water struggles to get $750/square foot.
But it doesn't, of course, have that EZ 101 access that 3808 Pierce has.
