Not to be difficult, but if the MLS photo shows a big photo of a car, couldn't a potential buyer be misled into thinking the car was included? One could assume, for instance, that as part of St. Regis services one could borrow the car.

Not too sure you're going to have a whole lot of luck convincing anyone that the car is a fixture (or amenity)...but we like the way you think.
