With CrossFit Golden Gate having recently relocated to Van Ness Avenue, plans to raze the warehouse building at 1228 Folsom Street, along with the two two-story buildings behind it fronting Clementina, have been submitted to Planning for review.
As proposed, the three west SoMa parcels will be combined into one and a mixed-use building with 26 condos over 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail fronting Folsom Street will rise on the site, reaching a height of six-stories along Folsom and four-stories along Clementina with the entrance to a 16-car garage.
I guess the Stud’s days are numbered. Hopefully SF Eagle can stay around
