The Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary is in contract to sell their 101-acre Marin County campus in the unincorporated town of Strawberry to North Coast Land Holdings.
The San Rafael based North Coast plans to build around 100 apartments and a new campus for another school on the land. The Seminary will lease back the property for two years, using the proceeds from the sale to build a new campus in Southern California and another in a lower cost, Bay Area location.

  1. Lower cost areas: Richmond, San Leandro, Antioch, Pittsburg, Milpitas, SSF, …. there are plenty of areas lower cost than bayfront Marin Co.
