Purchased for $360,000 in June 2009, last month the quaint little two-story townhome at 4431 Kirkham was quietly testing the market with a “make me move” price of $500,000.
While the make me move offer has since been deleted, apparently the owner now wants to move and the 560 square foot one-bedroom has just been listed for $399,000.

  1. It’s not my favorite small house I’ve seen on here but it is an interesting little space with potential. Would work better in a warmer neighborhood where the deck/yard would get more use.

  2. Cute, and the Outer Sunset is a perfectly fine neighborhood. Priced right. Put some heat lamps and a hot tub outside and you are all set.

  3. Looks like a Bertazzoni range with no ventilation. Why bother shelling out for a supposedly high powered range when you have no exhaust?

  4. Even a wimpy rangetop should have a hood. But if you never intend to use it then you can get away without.
Where’s the counterspace in this kitchen? That table to the left with the mixer sits?

  5. what snark. Here is a small and almost affordable living space for someone who wants and may use a great stove, but the Eloi are so willing to denigrate everything.
    Think I will join sfrenegade

  6. I used to have a Bertazzoni (loved it) and they do have the option of getting a down-draft hood. Looks like there is one here.
