Breathtaking view, and overall it looks like a pretty sweet place. The interior feels a little gaudy; but I’m assuming if you can afford to buy a place like this you’ve got the scratch to renovate and re-decorate.
After 173 days on the market without a sale, the list price for 738 El Camino Del Mar Avenue has just been reduced $495,000 (7 percent), now asking $6,500,000.
More competition out in those parts with both 800 and 520 El Camino Del Mar also on the market at $7M each. Interesting to see so much inventory in this area. Maybe they are concerned with whatever Jack Dorsey is going to be building. Odd there are not more pics of 800 ECD and the lot is sort of small given the price / ask.
