Yes, there is a brick wall but I would rather have this brick wall with a little character and terrace with sun than Gladys Kravatz across the way watching every move.

The unit is bright and sunny with nice built-ins. Looks good to me for this type of building.

I've seen it. It's an awesome corner unit with a huge patio. And the wall keeps the unit quiet and private. Plus the roof deck is great. We decided against the city, otherwise I'd be bidding for it.
