  1. Can one of the architects or builders out there please explain that entry staircase to me? MC Escher homage?

  2. Really nice area, great sun, easy freeway access. Next to wonderful shopping for food and furniture on weekends. Nice ambient noise from the local gentry. over the top remodel. wonderful brownstone feel with painted brick.

  3. So I guess the lesson from this flip is that unrenovated houses have no value ($442k is the lot value) until rebuilt?
    I’m not surprised actually.

  4. can someone else please call out wifey and Ginny for being shills? Not my SS job.
“really nice area” “ambient noise” “brownstone feel with painted brick”.
Wow, can you say I’m the Seller any louder?
I guess Ginny is just trying to sell something – SS comments going downhill

  5. I admit it: I live here. The ambient noise from the freeway is killing me and I cannot take the flea market any longer. I am also very tired of hearing my neighbors rush to the airport that I have such close proximity too. I promise to pressure wash the bricks. Hangemhi: r u willing to make a offer on line in front of millions of webbies, right her , right now?

  6. The electricity was undergrounded so recently that the shadow of the pole hasn’t faded from the house yet.
