My wife and I live up the street and pass by this building quite often. Decent location, but a school is directly across the street and the sq.ft price, in my opinion, is not worth it.

This is the sort of place that looks good in a magazine about modern design, but not so good once you try living in it.

The list price for 1438 Jackson was just reduced to $1,485,000.

Once again, purchased as new construction in 2008 for $1,500,000 and seeking $1,585,000 for the past month.

They should have just gone straight for $1.438M.

The listing for 1438 Jackson has been withdrawn from the MLS without a reported sale. Once again last asking $1,485,000 while purchased for $1,500,000 in 2008.
