  1. How can you fit 2/2 into 880sqft comfortably?
In either case, given the lack of inventory, these will sell. The properties over at 1635 California have sold, and I imagine that these at 1355 Pacific are much nicer (in addition to being in a better location).
[Editor’s Note: That “2/2” should have been “1/1.5” above (and since corrected). Regardless, you’d be surprised what you can do with 880 well designed square feet.]

  2. “How can you fit 2/2 into 880sqft comfortably?”
What are you talking about? Most 2 beds in new construction are around the 900-1000 range. That’s why I typically hate new construction. My 1 bedroom in a 1920’s high rise is 1200 glorious square feet. I wouldn’t trade it for one of these rat traps for anything.

  3. Why the photo of the washroom for unit #203 when linking up units #103 and #403?
[Editor’s Note: It was simply a matter of aesthetics. But good point, and since changed to an image of the bath in #103.]

  4. Has anyone lived with those glass panel doors? I like the light transmission, but I’m wondering if they provide enough privacy for a small bathroom and a bedroom.

  5. FAA, it’s a matter of taste. Some love having the bathroom open like that; others hate it. It’s a simple matter to change them out for solid doors if you want – or to just install an operable window treatment on them so you can decide when you want the privacy or not.

  6. I’m not sure if $852/sqft for 103 is the right price but, it has a great layout for a 1 bedroom. The doors off the bedroom and living room to the patio are really. Absolutely no closet space.
    Bachelor pad or pied-a-terre only.
Also pretty sweet photoshop job on that fireplace.

  7. The bathroom seriously creeps me out. It looks like it could be a bathroom in a parking garage or subway.

  8. I think the bathroom is really cool. I’ve been to prison and the bathrooms have steel toilet bowls, large shared showers, and no porcelain tile…
Regardless, I went to see the open house and this is well done project.
Plenty of closet space in the 1 bedroom, beautiful patio, and access to the roof deck. Too many haters on this site.
Kudos to the developer and I see that #403 has gone Act. Cond. in the MLS and that one was the more expensive…

  9. Property website now says “from $749,000” instead of $799,000 as it did in May. Anyone know if there have been any other units sold?
