blue-chip block on pacific ave. who knows on pricing, though if the buyer got $1000ish psf, they probably got a good deal. also assuming a $3MM renovation budget…
This buyer is obviously brilliant to do a lease option while others were too afraid to take action. I am sure over time they will be very happy with their decision.
