And while not noted elsewhere (as far as we know), according to our research the property changed hands in December 2005 at a recorded contract price of $1,620,000 (albeit perhaps not in an entirely arms length transaction). Just listed and asking $1,400,000.

  1. Nice. The design and the way it is situated on the property reminds me of the houses overlooking Sausalito.

  2. Nice! I need a more convenient neighborhood myself, but I think it’s really pretty – and I agree with Bob N – I would love to cook in that kitchen.

  3. Eastern views remain intact, but now looking over 1391 Clayton as opposed to empty lot…still nice, but without the feeling of an extra lot. Easy walk down to Cole Valley and Castro, but return requires a climb.

  4. Speaking of Henry Hill — attributed 29 Mendosa hits the market — a neat mid-century design that breaks the box mold a little bit.
