According to the sales office of Union (2101/2125 Bryant), “over 30 homes” are currently in contract (versus a reported 29 in November) and the first closings should start this week.

  1. I agree with JOH in that asking prices are way too high for this development, especially in a transitional neighborhood.

  2. hah!! we went and looked at the homes as comps since we were looking at another house in the neighborhood. the ever truthful sales reps told us that “over 50% of the units were in contract” this was back in late october/early november

  3. They’re setting a good sales pace at Union, in any event. The second part of the development opens up soon to those on the waiting list. These are lofts–smaller than the townhomes and courtyard condos. Most Union buyers are area renters, unsurprisingly.
