Property Managers Pile On To The Lembi's Woes
"One of the largest landlords in The City, which is already facing a slew of lawsuits for allegedly withholding tenants’ deposits, is the subject of a new class-action lawsuit — this one related to labor laws.
The housing empire of more than 7,000 apartments — controlled until last year by CitiApartments, the Lembi Group, Skyline Realty and associated companies — has been hit hard by the real estate slump and dour credit market."

And why do Socketsite comments always take an hour to submit? My browser just sits there, "Waiting for socketsite.com..." It's by far the slowest and most broken comment system of any site that I read. It ain't rocket science, guys. Hire a coder who knows the basics.

^You don't have to wait. Click send and use your back button a few times right away. Comment still gets there.

I agree with EH. I have an idea of the bare minimum this site is bringing in from advertising, which I am happy that the editor is getting -- but the least he could do is fix the comments section. He tried once before, and it obviously didn't work. Please try again, any good programmer should be able to fix this.
