  1. I like it, although I’d want to see it in person to see how it feels. Also why no photo of the 2nd bedroom? I’d want to see if you could install a half bathroom downstairs when you have guests over as well.

  2. I was in this building about 8 years ago and it was a total shambles, although very interesting. It is TINY and felt much like the interior of a ship (think narrow bunk beds in that second bedroom not shown). I’m amazed at how well this property turned out. Very nice transformation. Congrats to the seller for making this a liveable space.

  3. I saw the inside of this place. It’s pretty small, but nice. The odd thing about this place was the toilet in the garage right as you walk in through the door of the garage. No walls around the toilet, just a toilet right next to the door.

    Looks like stairways take up a lot of the precious floorspace.

  5. Looking at the photo’s, I feel like I would bump my elbows on every single edge walking around that place. Esp the bathroom. Not for me.

  6. Looks like it might be a companion lot to that other little wedge that sold a year or so ago on…Sussex? Surrey? You know the one. Regardless, that’s a small back yard.
