And I don’t know if it’s the angle of the shot but those ceiling looks a bit low in certain rooms.
Trick or treat?
PropertyShark shows a 763K sale in 8/2006 for 1175sf or $650/sf. This home is now announced at 2475sf, less than $500/sf. Anyone knows how they doubled the surface?
Pretty low in $/sf, but I am sure many today would give up square footage for more affordability, like buying a regular SFH with a conforming loan like in the good old days.
Apart from that, OK location in Twin Peaks, smallish windows (what were they thinking in the 50s?) and a boxy feel.
And yes it is close to “something”. It’s about 1/2 mile to the shopping area up Portola.
The “big room” kitchen dining living area raises some doubts.
I think some walls would hide some of the mess that is inevitable in the kitchen, if you use it. Excellent space for the anal, I guess.
