  1. What is that blue light over the shower? And where do I get one.
Also, do you commonly list driveway parking in the total spots? 1 car garage, but listing states 3 car.
No idea on SqFt, but I’m surprised this is only $6M.
Good luck with this one. Should be fun to watch.

  2. Thanks for the P_rn which has been very much needed lately. AND stagers please take NOTE, there is minimal use of the Aquaturd color palatte and none of the pillows have been chopped.

  3. Check out the orange sofa on the lawn : chopped pillows. You cannot avoid the chop. submit !
Speaking of which, is that some sort of plastic water resistant sofa ? Where does one find those ?

  4. They had the same kind of sofa on the deck of the condo on Filbert that was (and still is) for sale. So it is becoming the stager’s special. There is also one outside an ice cream store on Chestnut, at Scott I think. Not in my comfort zone, though. Re the parking .. I’ve noticed at a couple of open houses that they have talked about 3 car parking … turns out to be one i the garage and two in the driveway. Parking is at a premium, that’s for sure.

  5. I went to a house in Bernal that advertised something like 8 car parking. I thought it was a misprint since so many Bernal homes have little or no parking. But then I was surprised to see that there was a driveway to the back of the house which was paved and indeed there was plenty of room to park 8 cars there.

  6. I live in Noe happily but am watching presidio hts closely for the past 2 years. That market is WAY hotter, any single family sells in 2 weeks. If it’s done or big enough and just need new interior it would sell in couple of days.
Very little inventory and quite a few buyers waiting for anything to show up.
I hope to afford one of them someday

  7. 3460 Clay Street closed escrow on 9/24/08 with a reported contract price of $6,150,000 ($155,000 over asking). It’s good to have taste (not to mention a big bank account).
