Looking Past The Linoleum To See The Potential On Park (154-156)

154-156 Park

There’s no doubt it could benefit from some updating (that linoleum has got to go), but it does look to have some decent bones (although we haven’t yet been inside or reviewed the reports), it’s only half a block to Holly Park, and there's an income unit below.

∙ Listing: 154-156 Park (2/1.5 + 1/1) - $849,000 [MLS]

Was this place featured on one of those HGTV shows? It looks mighty familiar.

Where are the heated towel racks?

How could you comment on just the linoleum in the kitchen and not the hideous paint color?

It's amazing what a wide-angle lens can do for you. The bedrooms and bathrooms are impossibly tiny, though you wouldn't know it from the photos. The kitchens really have a good deal of potential, though. At least they're honestly advertising it as a 2 unit... only one shared laundry.
Idk, I can't imagine someone paying $850k for this.

Oh... one more thing: it's got good bones like non-mutilated vics generally do, but it's also got brick foundations.

At 849K, in need of work, and next to projects the "potential" is a limited amount of sweat equity.
