718 Pine Street: Entry
Frederick Meyer designed, solar panels added, and a little leaded glass sprinkled throughout. It’s a nice combination. And not that it’s not already livable (or for that matter remodeled), but we find ourselves focused on the bones and fantasizing about a high-end New York (life) style rebirth.
∙ Listing: 718 Pine Street (3/3.5) – $2,350,000 [McGuire] [MLS]

  1. Staging! We don’t need no stinking Staging. Uh… actually, this place could do with a little help on the staging or at least getting some of the junk out of there. Another parking spot would have been nice too. I’m not sure Barbra Can pull this one off.

  2. After 579 days on the market and not a single price reduction, the listing for 718 Pine Street has been withdrawn from the market.
Purcahsed for $1,800,000 in March of 2004 but then remodeled “using eco-friendly sys including solar panels.”
