Beautiful use of materials on that promenade.

The large open green space in the Giants plan is right on. But what of the buildings..!? blech.

So, are the plans to renovate the adjacent piers as well? I haven't had time to read them in great detail, but it appears so from one of the renderings. That would be a great thing.

Someone doesn't hang around South Beach very much .... the Embarcadero is strollers on parade on the weekends from the ballpark down to the Ferry building and back.

Having been harsher in reaction to the one lo-res aerial view posted earlier, I have to say: the landscape design on this project is looking pretty dang decent!
