2505 Divisadero: Entryway
While the list price for 2505 Divisadero (the Pacific Heights manse that Metallica bought) hasn’t recently changed, the same can’t be said for its interior. So no, this isn’t exactly how Mr. Hammett used to roll.

  1. Yeah, the new interior pix have been around for awhile. It probably still needs at least 5 million in upgrades.
I’ve also decided that people who can afford these homes don’t want to pay 10 million for a Divisadero address. Don Johnson’s old house on Divis and Vallejo suffered the same fate and was pulled from the market.
Meanwhile, 2820 Pacific a couple of doors down is in contract. Asking price is now 16 (down from 17.5).

  2. So he rotated the island and painted the walls white.
This house has been on this site for quite a while now. He has to lower the damn price.
