As far as we know, there aren’t many rooftops like it in San Francisco. And if for no other reason, that makes 2550 Lyon worth a mention (and perhaps a look).

I felt this home should have started at $7.95m. Maybe then it would have sold.

Wow, we really need the editor to get back on here and post some new threads. Of course this vacation is certainly privoding some light for some old dark threads.
It looks like it is now "make an offer" ie Price Upon Request. I love the "Market Conditions" section of Joel Goodrich's website (which has the property listed): "Detailed Information to be added soon". Wouldn't "Not Good!" have been easier?
