1810 Polk Street: Reduction And Release

We’re still looking for a reader to send us the inside scoop on 1810 Polk Street. (Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?) We can, however, report that the price on condo #306 was just reduced $84,000 (7.1%), and that #308 has been added to the MLS at $1,125,000 (advertising “Newest and Final Release!”).

I wish I had more info, but I haven't seen them open for perusal yet.
I will say that I live within 100 feet of this place and this was one of the messiest job sites I've ever seen. I think the fact that they screwed up the entrance to the underground parking and had to grind a few inches off of the concrete says a lot about the quality of the design here. I can only imagine the "modifications" they had to make inside the units.

Guess the flip side is that at least they corrected the problem (unlike some of the "defects" I keep reading about in other new developments throughout the city).

I "hear" they are renting may of the units though I'm not sure what the real story is....
