Am I crazy for thinking that the prices are "resonable?" Okay, I know that it's in the middle of the hood, but still, it doesn't seem too bad???

I toured them all and they are SUPER nice. I was really impressed. They are built loft style, so they feel really large and open. The hallways were dark going to the actual unit, but the units themselves were real bright and airy. I think this is most likely gonna be a great investment cause of the size (3bedroom 2 bath-where do you get that in SF at this rate?) and the way they are constructed.
