Can’t help but notice that while a second referral on a $600K unit would yield an “owner” $10K cash, an agent would effectively pocket $7.5K cash (if commission split 50/50 with a broker). Good thing they’re offering those gift certificates…
Waaaaaaait a minute. I don’t think that’s legal. They can’t pay a referral fee to non-licensed people. Someone should file a complaint with the DRE. Seriously.
