Last Chance For Bessie?

The MLS listing for 57 Bessie now notes, “Final week! Will be off of the market as of 7/20.” So after two months on the market, and two price reductions (originally listed at $895,000, now $829,000), this really might be your last chance. Then again, there's always a possibility that this is just the "Final week!" for the listing agreement...
