14 of the 16 brand new condominiums at 1725 Washington Street hit the market this week with an open house this Sunday (2/5) from 1-4 PM. We can’t make this one, but would love for some kind soul to take a camera (we need a better picture), grab a property statement, and report back.

Ladies and Gentlemen: Thank you for your coverage of the 2 Vanguard listings with which I'm involved. Quick updates on them:

776 Tehama (& 1277 Howard) will be open this Sat-Sun 1-4 pm and most of the floorplans are now on the website; and

1725 Washington Street: The current sales are posted on the "floorplans" link of the webpage. However counter-intuitive, all of the most expensive units are selling first.
