2505 Divisadero circa 2015

Purchased from Metallica’s Kirk Hammett for $7.6 million in 2009, the 10,000-square-foot Georgian mansion at 2505 Divisadero Street was subsequently remodeled from top to bottom and returned to the market listed for $9.25 million in 2012.

Withdrawn from the MLS after seven months, the Pacific Heights pad, which sports eight bedrooms, seven full baths, a lower level game room with full bar and an adjacent well-stocked wine cellar with safe, returned to the market last year listed for $12.5 million.

Reduced to $11.85 million last September and then to $10.995 million in March, the listing for 2505 Divisadero Street has just been withdrawn from the MLS without a reported sale once again.

  1. Beautiful renno on the interior. Timeless style – which does not appeal to the millennials we’re all supposed to pander to.

  2. Did we mention this sold for 10.1? Seems like a good outcome for the seller. It doesn’t look like they overspent on the remodel.
